Real data: planet positions from JPL orbital elements; background is 1,637 naked-eye stars (HYG catalogue) in their true sky positions. Orbit spacing & body sizes are scaled for visibility. Spin directions are real (Venus, Uranus & Pluto rotate retrograde) and ordered by true spin rate, but the absolute spin rate and the exact longitude facing the Sun are illustrative, not real.
